New Product Favorite: Bliss Rose Gold Rescue Gentle Foaming Cleanser Review

I’ve been on the search for a great cleanser ever since I strayed from the La Roche Posay Toleriane Hydrating Cleanser in November. While that cleanser was great for sensitive skin, it didn’t have anything extraordinary about it, and so my hunt began. Recently, Bliss launched their newest Rose Gold Rescue line and I became very interested, and skeptical. Read below for my thoughts about the Bliss Rose Gold Rescue cleanser!

Initial Thoughts about Bliss Rose Gold Rescue

At first, this Rose Gold Rescue line seemed a little bit gimmicky. Of course rose gold is a big trend in fashion as well as makeup, but incorporating it into cleansers and moisturizers made me skeptical. However, I can’t deny it peaked my interest. After becoming more and more curious about this line, particularly the cleanser, I looked up the ingredients on SkinCarisma, and the results were surprisingly amazing. Below are the notable effects that the cleanser has. This is a pretty impressive list, and the cleanser is also free of parabens, sulfates, alcohol and silicone as well as safe for acne. After I read this, I new I needed to try out this cleanser myself.

Bliss Rose Gold Rescue Cleanser Review

At 6.4 oz for $13.00, this cleanser is pretty affordable compared to some. The bottle is well made and the pump turns into a locked position (so it’s travel safe!) Also, the packaging is undoubtedly rose gold! As for the actual product, it initially feels very gel-like and is a light pink with what looks like glitter in it. The smell is part soap and part roses, but it’s not unpleasant by any means. When you start rubbing the product on your face it begins to turn white and milky, although it claims to be a foaming cleanser. After cleansing it didn’t leave my face tight feeling or too dry, and my skin actually felt very soft! I’ve been using this cleanser for a few days now, and there’s been no irritation or additional redness, so it’s safe to say the Bliss Rose Gold Rescue Cleanser is safe for sensitive skin.

Overall, I would 100% recommend this product. It’s fun and smells nice without being overpowering, and has great ingredients. If you’re looking for sensitive skin-friendly cleanser that not only cleanses but also leaves your skin feeling better than before, definitely try the Rose Gold cleanser to see if it’s right for you, too!
